By accessing or using Monkey's Circle (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including parents, teachers, and children using the platform under adult supervision.

2. Who May Use the Service

Monkey's Circle is intended for use by children aged 5–11 under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and by teachers in an educational setting. Adults registering on behalf of a child confirm that they have parental or legal guardian authority to do so. Children must not register for an account directly without adult involvement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that breach these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without our written permission.
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Use automated tools or bots to access or scrape the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Monkey's Circle — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Monkey's Circle or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Monkey's Circle may require a paid subscription. All fees are clearly stated before purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us if you have a billing concern.

7. Voucher Codes

Voucher codes issued by teachers are for classroom use only and must not be shared publicly or sold. We reserve the right to deactivate codes that are misused. Voucher codes have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no guarantees about educational outcomes or results from use of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monkey's Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before using them.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
